Pattern: 20 ml water for injection and 2 ml lidocaine 2% per vial, except gluteal where the lidocaine is increased for the entry points.
Who is a good candidate
- BMI under 25, non-smoker, healthy lifestyle.
- No significant fat in the area being treated.
Contraindications
- Autoimmune disease, connective tissue disease, keloid scarring.
- Active infection (systemic or local), active cancer, immunosuppressed patients.
- Medicines: systemic steroids, biologics, Roaccutane, immunosuppressants. Some anticoagulants, case by case.
Neck is NOT on this list. Galderma's body training covered décolletage, upper arms, gluteal and posterior thighs only, and said no other areas could be covered. There is no Galderma neck dilution or placement on file. Treating the neck is off label and your own clinical decision, documented as such on the PSD.
Placement and the injection maps
The email carries no injection map. The maps were in the theory session and Dr Sina's demo on the day, so any pictures are on your phone from 21 July 2026.
